Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and enless. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

enless is a growth platform and media brand for people who want to be more intentional about how they dress, and for fashion brands who want to grow sustainably. Our Services include this website, the enless app, the enlessly curious podcast, the enless reads book club, enless connections events, and our brand partner program. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

enless helps you catalogue your wardrobe and get outfit suggestions based on your style, wardrobe, and plans for the day. The app is under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed as we build. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Outfit suggestions and related features are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. These suggestions are recommendations based on the information you give us: they're not guarantees, and we don't warrant that they'll always match your taste, fit, or intentions. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

You may upload photos and other content to the Service, such as pictures of your clothing, wardrobe, or yourself ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. By uploading it, you grant enless a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for Your Content. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, infringing, or that violates someone else's privacy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping or reverse engineering
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is harmful, abusive, or illegal

Other than Your Content, the Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by enless or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using the Service doesn't give you any ownership rights in it.

The Service may link to or rely on third-party websites and providers, such as Spotify, Instagram, or the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time as it develops. We'll try to give you notice of changes that materially affect how you use it, but we can't always guarantee advance notice, particularly during this early stage of the product.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practical, we'll give you notice first.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that outfit suggestions or other AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suited to your needs, and we're not responsible for purchasing or styling decisions you make based on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, enless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your home country's law. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and if changes are material, we'll let you know through the Service or by email before they take effect.
