This legal notice is provided pursuant to §5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act (ECG) and §25 of the Austrian Media Act (Mediengesetz).

Note: enless is currently a research and development initiative in its startup phase, planning to seek formal company registration. Some of the information below (company registration number, VAT ID, regulatory authority) is not yet applicable and will be added once available.

2. Company status

enless is not yet incorporated as a registered company. It is currently operated by its founder, Viktoriia Simakova, as an individual, while the project develops as a research and development initiative and seeks funding.

Once enless is formally registered, this section will be updated with:

  • The registered company name and legal form
  • The address
  • The commercial register number (Firmenbuchnummer)
  • The VAT identification number (UID)
  • The competent regulatory authority and/or chamber membership, where applicable

3. Editorial purpose (Blattlinie)

enless publishes editorial content, including the enlessly curious (podcast), enless reads (book club), and related articles and event content, focused on sustainable fashion, personal style, and mindful consumption. This content reflects the independent views and mission of the enless team and its contributors, and is not sponsored editorial unless explicitly stated.

4. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. enless does not currently sell goods or services online, so this platform is not yet applicable to us; we will update this notice if that changes, such as when our marketplace launches.

The content of this website has been created with care, and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. We are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
